Service and support
Since starting primarily as a service and support company in 2000, MA Controls has grown to provide a well-established level of support to many companies throughout the UK and Europe. As well as providing support for our range of instruments, we can support a wide variety of Chromatography and Ultrafiltration systems. Our service support includes the repair and regular recalibration of a wide variety of process instrumentation, pumps and valves.

We also cover the decommissioning of systems that have either reached the end of their working life or simply need moving to a new location. Our decommissioning procedures are thorough and well documented to ensure the users system is rebuilt exactly as it was originally.

All of our service support is based around a 24/7 call out to anywhere in the UK and most areas of Europe can be covered in 1-2 days.

All of our calibration instruments are fully UKAS-certified and we provide full certification wherever needed. All of our standard service procedures are written in accordance with cGMP, but are often tailored to meet the individual needs of a system's end user.
