bSMART - bBreath Module
The bBreath is our Plug & Play exhaust gas analyser, designed to provide accurate, near-continuous measurement of O₂ and CO₂ from bioreactor exhaust gases. By monitoring these metabolic indicators, bBreath helps users better understand and optimise their processes. The system can also calculate key parameters including OUR, CER and RQ, providing valuable insights into culture performance. Available in single-line and multi-line configurations, bBreath can analyse exhaust gases from up to four bioreactors. Its integration with BIONET software enables real-time data visualisation, recording and process control, supporting more informed decisions throughout fermentation and cell culture processes.
bSMART - Continuous Process Module
The bCPM is our Plug & Play module for enabling continuous bioprocessing strategies. It adds dedicated pumps for precise media addition and bioreactor withdrawal, supporting constant, linear or exponential flow rates as well as automated control based on process measurements. Fully integrated with BIONET software, the bCPM provides real-time monitoring, data visualisation and recording, making continuous processes more precise, flexible and reproducible.

The bAGM is our Advanced Gas Module, designed to provide flexible and precise control of gas supply during bioprocessing. It enables the use of different gases, including air, oxygen, nitrogen and CO₂, with independently controlled gas lines. The module supports a range of process strategies, including oxygen enrichment, inert gas supply and CO₂-based pH control.
