The FS range includes Bionet’s industrial and custom bioreactor/fermenter models, engineered and built to meet the specific requirements of each client. CIP systems form an essential part of Bionet’s stainless-steel equipment and process line offering. Effective cleaning of equipment and pipelines has a significant impact on productivity (time and cost), as well as on the safety and quality of bioprocesses. Bionet provides end-to-end automation solutions for bioprocesses across the full production workflow. With hundreds of systems installed, our control software is extensively optimised and field-proven, ensuring productivity and quality from the very first day of operation. All modules can be designed and qualified in line with cGMP guidelines, including full compliance with CFR 21 Part 11.
