  • What are MAControls operating hours?

    We are open for business 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

  • What is your emergency response time?

    For UK customers, we can be on site within 24 hours.


    For European customers, if we are notified before 3pm we can be on site within 24 hours.


    For all other customers, we aim to be on site within 72 hours.

  • What systems do you service?

    We service all makes and models of Chromatography and TFF systems; specifically Pall, Cytiva, MerckMillipore and Sartorius equipment.


    If your system is not listed, it's still likely that we can service and maintain it. Contact us via phone or email if you have any questions related to systems and our capabilities

  • What length service contracts do you offer?

    Typically, MAControls offers 1, 3 and 5-year contracts.

    We are happy to facilitate customers with special requirements, please indicate all special requirements on your PO.

  • What are MAControls payment terms?

    New Customers: Pro-Forma

    Account holders: Standard 30 Days

  • Do I need an account?

    We can set up an account for you over the phone or via email. You must have a valid PO to set up an account. Your order will be processed once we have verified addresses, reviewed credit and bank and trade references and spoken to your accounts payable department. 


    If you don't have, or don't want an account with us, we can process your order via pro-forma invoicing.

  • How do I update or change my account?

    To update or make changes to your account, get in contact with us via phone or email. You can do this at any time and we will make the changes within 1-2 business days

  • What are MAControls purchase order requirements?

    To ensure quick and smooth processing of your order, please make sure to include the following required information:

    Company name

    Valid shipping address 

    Valid billing address 

    Customer purchase order number

    Buyer name, phone number, and fax/email

    User name, phone number, and fax/email  Item being ordered – including quantity, UOM and price

    Requested delivery date (Dependent on lead time)

    Credit card information (if applicable)

    Tax Exemption Certificate (if applicable)
